Public Liability Insurance: This is COMPULSORY.
If you have your own public liability, please supply a copy with your GOURMET FOOD & WINE FIESTA BOOKING FORM.
If you require Public Liability, you may join the Glen Innes Show Society Public Liability insurance at a cost of $33.
Please indicate this on the booking form.
Site Requirements:
The Fiesta Tent supplies ONLY the trestle/s, chairs and a hessian tablecloth
It is the responsibility of the Stall Owner to provide their own plastic covers to protect stall and stock overnight. It is
also recommended that additional tablecloths (to be supplied by yourself) may be necessary for the professional
promotion of your stall. (Single Stall = 1.8 metre, Double Stall = 3.6 metre)
Power Requirements:
10 amps is available, a requirement for power above 10 amps will need to be discussed and may not be available.
All electrical cords to be tagged. IF NOT TAGGED electrical cords CANNOT BE USED.
Entry Tickets into the Glen Innes Show Ground:
Your tickets will be left at the Southern Entrance Gate (George Street) of the Showground and will be available to
collect from 8 am on Friday. There are 2 tickets per either single or double stall ONLY. If you require more tickets these
can be purchased at the gate or through the show office P: 02 67321744.
Tickets will NO LONGER be sent by post.
